At Oddstories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with our services, we're here to help.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all subscription plans.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
If you're not satisfied with your monthly subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are processed as follows:
- Full refund within 14 days of payment
- No refund after 14 days of the billing cycle
- Subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the following refund policy applies:
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase (minus used months)
- No refund after 30 days

Individual Book Purchases
For individual book purchases (not included in subscription):
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Books that have been downloaded or viewed may be eligible for store credit instead of refund
- Technical issues preventing access will always be resolved or refunded
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds may not be available for books that have been fully accessed or downloaded.
How to Request a Refund
Follow these simple steps to request a refund:

Provide Details
Include your account email, order number, and reason for the refund
Review Process
We'll review your request within 2 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No additional charges after cancellation
- Your stories remain accessible for 30 days after subscription ends
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access
To cancel your subscription, go to Account → Membership → Cancel Subscription, or contact our support team.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
- Requests made outside the refund window
- Promotional or discounted purchases (may have different terms)
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing you from using our services:
- Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue
- We'll extend your subscription or provide a refund if we cannot fix the problem
- Our support team is available to help troubleshoot any issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. We'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
Payment Processing
All refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor:
- Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
- The refund will appear from "Oddstories" or "Stripe"
- International transactions may take slightly longer
