In a snug tree house, Nettle stirs with a yawn,
The sun is a-sparkling; a new day is born!

Nettle wears a cap of acorn neat,
Time for adventure! Let’s skip on our feet!

Outside, Twiggle the squirrel is waiting,
With a tail that swishes, oh so elating!

"Let's explore!" says Nettle,
Twiggle chirps, "Oh yes, let's settle!"

The forest whispers, "Hello, friend!"
With friendly creatures that dance and blend.

Squirrels scamper, their tails held high,
While chatty birds flit through the sky.

Bunny hops with a joyful cheer,
Come join the fun, everyone is here!

A giant acorn rolls on by,
It's bigger than Nettle—oh my, oh my!

"Let’s see where it goes!"
squeaks Twiggle, quick and spry,
chasing after the acorn,
underneath the bright blue sky.

The acorn plops by a pond so bright,
Where the water dances in the light.

Nettle looks in the pond,
A splash of joy, a happy bond.

Their reflection grins so wide,
A sparkling friend right by their side!

Twiggle sees tiny fish,
Dancing with a swish!
"Look at them twirl,
And spin and swirl!"

Just then, a soft breeze blows,
Tickling the acorn, it dances and goes.

"Let’s follow!" chirps Twiggle,
Off they go, hand in hand.

Through the flowers, bright and bold,
With giggles and laughter, stories unfold.

Past the tall trees, they skip and play,
In a sunny meadow, bright as the day.

Butterflies flutter, oh what a sight!
Bouncing and dancing, all full of light.

Flowers are blooming, red, yellow, and blue,
The meadow's alive with a colorful view!

The acorn stops with a little crack,
Out jumps a tiny critter, what a fun fact!

The creature beams, "Oh, thank you, friend! You came along, let's play and pretend!"

In the meadow, they laugh and play,
Best friends forever, every day!
